As an ongoing update to your safety program, inspections, walk-thrus, and site surveys give you the satisfaction that another set of eyes has documented the observed unsafe acts or conditions that exist in your plant  There are many different types of surveys available.

All of the inspections are documented by digital picture.  The narrative let you know what is wrong and in many situations how it needs to be corrected. 

An inspection can be as simple as an hour walk-thru to a comprehensive shop or site survey.  Accompanying your safety director or safety committee can be a training experience for them.
